Maui Transplants – Where did it all begin

Maui transplants, we discovered the Maui Kamaole Resort many years ago when our friends who were one of the original owners since the ground breaking ceremony, introduced us. After years of visiting their condo we decided in 2003 to purchase B114. I then came to Maui several times a year until, in 2017, I made the move to make Maui my full time home.

I live just down the street from the condo now and enjoy managing this property and meeting my guests. Many visit year after year and have become friends too.

Maui Kamaole B114 was purchased as our home away from home for our early time on Maui.  I’ve spent years updating, decorating and making it special for our guests.  There isn’t much I can’t handle when it comes to this condo.

Personalized Service

Since 2017 I have lived just down the street from Maui Kamaole and enjoy acting as the on island contact for our guests. 

I love providing suggestions to our renters for local activities, restaurants, hiking trails, shopping finds and so much more and have provided lists and maps in the condo. I’m happy to share my local knowledge and get to know you well enough to point you things that interest you the most.

I’m here too should an appliance fail, the cable goes out, the carpet gets stained etc.  Just let me know ASAP as many services happen on Maui Time and we don’t want you or the guest after to be inconvenienced

“Jodi’s place at Maui Kamaole”

Jodi’s place at Maui Kamaole is a really lovely place to spend time in paradise. It is nicely located across from a lovely park overlooking the ocean and adjacent to Kam III beach in Kihei. Towards the southern end of Kihei, it has the added benefit of being not overly congested with tourists and traffic, yet close enough to make it accessible to plenty of shopping and restaurants. The unit itself is quite spacious and comfortable, and Maui Kamaole is beautifully maintained.

“Great place!”

Clean and comfortable, we really enjoyed staying here. It’s in a nice complex at the southern end of S. Kihei rd. so it’s quiet and away from the traffic. Jodi was incredibly responsive and helpful. We’d stay here again.

Great location and unit. We were in Kihei at a different condo in this complex. and wanted to extend our stay. The condo was great. The complex pools and hot tubs are open as well which isn’t the case at all condo complexes in Kihei. We were working remotely some and the internet was reliable

The Perfect Location for Fun!

Jodi’s condo is in a perfect spot. It’s close enough to the luxury of Wailea, but at a Kihei price point. We spent 15 nights in Maui, and we certainly feel like we got tremendous value! We accidentally broke two drinking glasses and replaced them ourselves. Jodi was quick to offer to reimburse us (totally unnecessary) and was always a text message away. She is a very conscientious owner. Overall, the condo was clean , well appointed and well worth the cost.
